How Our RPB-Based Distillation System Works

Instead of relying on bulky distillation towers that often reach 30–40 meters high, our Rotating Packed Bed (RPB) system achieves the same separation efficiency in a unit only 3–5 meters tall.

By intensifying mass transfer inside the RPB, the system ensures efficient separation while consuming significantly less energy. This compact design reduces footprint, cuts capital and operating costs, and enables installation even in space-constrained sites such as offshore platforms or modular plants — without changing your distillation process flow.
